Rachel Bethlahmy

Rachel is a Managing Director with nearly 20 years of combined finance and executive search experience. Rachel focuses on recruiting senior distribution, investor relations and investment professionals, and has extensive experience working across the alternative investments space. Prior to joining BraddockMatthews in 2016, Rachel was a Director at Grace Point Partners, another leading retained executive search firm focused on the asset management industry. Prior to Grace Point, Rachel was a member of an industry-leading team that focused on the marketing, sales, and distribution function at another large search firm.

Before transitioning to executive search, Rachel spent nearly ten years as a capital-raising and investment banking professional. She was a senior member of the business development team at IFM Investors, an infrastructure focused private equity firm, where she was a member of the global fundraising and investor relations team. Prior to that, she spent five years at Credit Suisse, in both London and New York, in Capital Markets and strategy roles. Rachel began her career at Merrill Lynch within Equity Capital Markets.

Rachel is an active alumna of Lakeside School and volunteer in her local Rowayton community and is on the board of The Chick Mission.

Rachel received a dual BA in Law and French (cum laude) from Amherst College and was a member of the Women’s Varsity Swim team.
