Megan Karloff
Head of Research
Megan has more than a decade of experience in asset management executive search. Megan leads the Research Team and works in collaboration with the Partners and Consultants to establish and drive search strategy, candidate identification, and candidate development. Prior to joining BraddockMatthews in 2016, Megan was with a financial services-focused boutique executive search firm, where she was responsible for both candidate identification and development. Prior to that, Megan was with Russell Reynolds Associates and Jones Lang LaSalle.
Megan received a BS in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University.
