Erich Marcks

Erich has more than seven years of experience in finance and executive search. Erich works in collaboration with the Partners and Consultants on search strategy, candidate identification, and candidate development. Prior to joining BraddockMatthews in 2022, Erich was with an alternatives-focused boutique executive search firm, where he was responsible for research and execution. Prior to that, Erich worked in a private equity investor relations role at PA Capital and a corporate banking role at US Bank.

Erich is a Volunteer for the U.S. Soccer Foundation. He also completed the 2023 NYC Marathon on behalf of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Erich received a BA in Government from Hamilton College and was a member of the Men’s Varsity Soccer team.
