Henry Young

Henry Young focuses on recruiting senior executives for clients across the liquidity spectrum, including traditional and alternative investment managers, general partners, and family offices. Functionally, his core areas of focus include firm leadership, distribution, and investments.

Prior to joining David Barrett Partners in 2022, Henry was a member of Korn Ferry’s AssetManagement & Private Markets practice and also served as an elected appointee of the firm’s Junior Operating Committee. Henry was born in São Paulo, Brazil, and spent much of his childhood living in the Philippines before moving to the U.S.

Henry received aB.S. in Business Management from Babson College and was a member of the Men’sVarsity Soccer team.
