Erin M. Carroll

Erin has over 20 years of experience in executive search and financial services and focuses on recruiting senior investment and non-investment professionals across asset management with a particular focus within the private markets. She has extensive experience recruiting investment, investor relations, business development/deal sourcing, human capital/talent, portfolio operations, finance, and other key senior professionals on behalf of private equity and private credit client organizations. Prior to joining BraddockMatthews at inception, Erin spent more than five years recruiting senior-level asset management talent at HigdonBraddockMatthews and Conley & Co.  

Earlier in her career, Erin spent nearly eight years in the asset management, private banking, and wealth management businesses of Merrill Lynch in New York City and was an Associate at Douglas C. Lane & Associates, a New York-based registered investment advisor.

Erin is an active volunteer in her community and currently serves as a Trustee of the Sherborn Library.

Erin received a BS in Business and Economics (cum laude) from Lehigh University.
