Sean joined David Barrett Partners with a career in search and executes mandates across a variety of client organizations, including endowments, foundations, family offices, private equity firms, and asset managers. Previously, he worked for the global executive search firm Leathwaite, where he focused on mandates for the financial officers and LRC (legal, risk, compliance) practices. Prior to Leathwaite, he worked for a boutique recruitment consultancy specialized in finance and accounting.

Sean holds a BA in International Relations and German from Bucknell University.
