Conor Hourigan has over seven years of financial services executive recruiting experience for clients in the United States, Latin America and EMEA, with a particular focus on wealth management. He serves the full range of wealth management organizations to include private banks, wealth management arms of broker dealers, trust companies, family offices, registered investment advisory firms and both start up and established boutiques. Assignments include C-suite leadership roles, country head, regional management, sales leadership, head of products & services and product specialists. He has also led lateral hiring programs and individual and team moves within the ultra high net worth advisory space. To complement his experience in wealth management, Conor has also completed investment and distribution engagements in institutional and retail asset management. He began his executive search career in 2004 with Armstrong International in London before joining Russell Reynolds Associates where he was a member of both the Asset & Wealth Management and Consumer Financial Services practices. Prior to executive search, Conor was with State Street Global Advisors working in Boston and London with the Emerging Markets Portfolio Management group. Conor graduated from University College Cork with a BSc in Finance.
