David Barrett
David Barrett brings over 20 years of broad-based experience in senior level recruiting in the investment and wealth management fields. He was most recently a partner with a leading investment management boutique search firm. From 1986 to 2003, David was with two global search firms, including Heidrick and Struggles from 1995 to 2003, where he was the Partner-in-Charge of the Global Asset and Wealth Management Practice. David began his career in 1981 in Equity Research with Brown Brothers Harriman in New York. Following graduate school, David returned to investment management as an Equity Analyst with Trust Company of the West in Los Angeles before moving into executive search with Russell Reynolds Associates, initially in Los Angeles and then in Singapore and New York. David received a B.A. from Yale University and obtained his M.B.A. from Columbia University. David co-authored the section on "Careers in Investment Management" for The Career Navigation Handbook: America's top executive recruiters on choosing and changing your career path published by John Wiley & Sons, Inc. in 2004.

Darryl Adachi
Darryl Adachi has over 14 years of senior-level, financial services executive recruiting experience. Most recently a Partner in the Global Asset and Wealth Management Practice of Heidrick and Struggles in New York, Darryl initially joined the London office in 2000 to build and manage the firm's European Asset and Wealth Management Practice. Darryl has completed searches for chief executive officers and chief investment officers, as well as at the geographic and functional head level. His recruiting experience includes assignments for the equity, fixed income, private banking and credit markets, and he has been responsible for senior placements in fund management, research and sales. Previously, Darryl had been a Partner with Armstrong International, a London-based executive search boutique specializing in investment banking and capital markets. Joining Armstrong in 1994, Darryl initiated and developed the firm's Japanese financial services business and later established Armstrong's Asset Management Practice. In his last role at Armstrong, he established and managed the firm's U.S. operations in New York. Darryl began his business career in banking and held positions with Crocker National Bank, the Hong Kong Shanghai Banking Group and First Hawaiian Bank. Darryl received a B.A. from the University of Hawaii and obtained his M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.

Anne M. Keyser
Anne Keyser is the firm's Boston based consultant, and brings over 14 years of international experience recruiting senior level professionals in the areas of investment and wealth management. Most recently, she was a Managing Director at Higdon Barrett, a boutique investment management search firm. Her previous experience includes four years as a Consultant and Partner in the New York and Boston offices at Heidrick and Struggles where she was a member of the Global Asset and Wealth Management Practice. Prior to joining Heidrick and Struggles, Anne was a Vice President at A.T. Kearney Executive Search in Boston and Hong Kong, specializing in the financial services and management consulting industries, with a focus on strategic services. Other previous search experience includes three years in Hong Kong with a financial services executive search boutique. Anne's work has included the recruitment of senior level professionals in the areas of equity and fixed income portfolio management and research; marketing; and a variety of functional and senior management roles within the investment management industry. Prior to entering the executive search field, Anne was a Portfolio Manager with Chase Investors Management Corporation (New York) specializing in the U.S. institution real estate market. She received her B.S. degree in Economics from the University of Vermont, and has completed extensive graduate work in the same field at Colorado State University.

Edward (Ted) A. Kister, Jr.
With over 20 years of experience in executive search, Ted Kister has conducted recruiting assignments and assessments of executives for clients in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Ted began his career in executive search with Russell Reynolds Associates, where he became a Managing Director in New York and served as a corporate officer and a member of the firm's executive committee. In 1995, he joined Pendleton James Associates, Inc. as a Managing Director. In August 2000, Pendleton James Associates, Inc. merged with the Whitehead Mann Group, at which time, Ted became the Partner-in-Charge of the North American Financial Officers Practice. Most recently he was a member of the New York office of an international executive recruiting boutique. Ted began his business career with KPMG Peat Marwick, where he became a CPA and served a wide range of financial services clients. He received an A.B. in English from Amherst College and an M.B.A. from New York University Graduate School of Business Administration.

Laura K. Pollock
Laura Pollock conducts senior-level searches in asset and wealth management. She has worked closely with global investment management organizations headquartered in the United States and Europe. Laura was most recently a senior member of the Asset & Wealth Management Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates in Boston and New York. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Laura was a senior account executive at Yahoo!, where she worked on new product launches, business development and sales strategy. Previously, she was a Marketing Associate for the Corporate Executive Board in Washington, D.C. Earlier in her career, she held sales and sales management roles with Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co., an Arlington, Virginia-based, investment banking boutique. Laura received her B.S. from the University of Kentucky.

Adwoa Taylor
Adwoa Taylor began her career in executive recruiting at Russell Reynolds Associates in 2004 where she was an active member of the Asset & Wealth Management Practice based in Boston. Adwoa has worked with clients in traditional asset management, private wealth management and alternative investments. She has completed searches in executive management, equity research, portfolio management, and institutional and intermediary distribution. Before joining the search industry, Adwoa was a strategist with global brand consultancy, Interbrand, where she worked on corporate identities, campaigns and initiatives for clients such as: Standard & Poor's, ACE, IBM, Guidant and Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions. Prior to that, Adwoa was a marketing associate with Marketspace, the New Economy & Technology consulting division of global strategy consulting firm, Monitor Group. Adwoa holds an A.B. in Psychology from Harvard University.
